Orders can be placed by Fax at number +39.0375.200678 or clicking on the "Order now! " button. For national shipping, orders below € 250.00 (VAT excluded) will be subject to a nominal charge of € 20.00 for shipping expences. For order to foreign countries the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
When ordering, please ensure that the following information is supplied:
- Full delivery address
- Full invoice address, if different
- Catalogue number and quantity of each product
- Contact person, telephone, fax or e-mail
Technical Services
In our research centre we develop and use every day our products. Our Technical service is available to advise customers on products and protocols most suited to a particular application. The products and provided protocols are constantly improved by the researchers taking into account new discoveries and technical applications.
Warranty
We warrant to our customer that our products shall conform substantially to the description of such goods as provided in our catalogue and technical annex accompanying the products until their respective expiration dates. We make no other warranty, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Our warranties shall not be effective if we determine that the goods have been altered or misused or stored not in accordance with instructions furnished by us. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

We ship the products that perform and follow the specifications reported in the catalogue and in the technical annex. Upon receipt you shall inspect the goods and notify our Technical services (support@incura.it) any claims for shortages, defects or damages.
